Date Hold / Booking

  • After viewing the event spaces and recieiving a formal proposal, a single date may be put on hold for up to 72 hours.
  • If all proposal details are agreeable, a contract will be presented.
  • Only a signed contract & deposit guarantee space & service.
  • 30% Non-refundable Deposit is Due at Signing.
  • Remaining Balance is Due 90 Days Prior to Scheduled Date

Additional Services

  • Culinary & Hospitality Services Pricing Upon Request.
  • Credit Card Processing Fee of 3.5%.
  • Limousine Service Available for $150 per One-Way (Up to 30 miles)
  • DJ Service Available for $600 (First 5 Hours; $100 per Hour After)
  • Dance Floor and Staging Available at Additional Cost
  • Other Entertainment Options Available
